Thought this might interest some of you. This is not a meetup per se, this event is sponsored by the Michigan Animal Respect Society.

This event is free.

Room 2105B, Michigan Union on State St.

7PM, Wednesday, February 26th

The Paw Project is a David and Goliath story of one veterinarian's battle to protect her patients (tigers, lions and even house cats) from big corporations, with their big corporate money, that will shamelessly do anything to animals to increase their bottom line" (IMDB).

The Michigan Animal Respect Society is having a free screening at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in Room 2105B at 7 PM on February 26th. The PreVeterinary Club and PAWS-Ann Arbor are also participating. Members of the public are encouraged to attend.

I have a meeting and not sure if I'll make it for this....
