recently purchased a dslr camera and would like to improve my skills.
How long have you enjoyed photography? What got you into it?
since a class in college about 15 years ago but I have not practiced much
What kind of camera do you use, and what is your favorite lens?
nikon d5000, use the lens that came with the camera
What type of photography do you most enjoy (e.g. portraiture, landscape, macro, street photography, nature, candid, etc.)?

How would you like to improve your photography? What are your goals?
increase knowledge of my camera and be able to take the photo I want quickly and the first time.
