I have been doing yoga for the past five years, and I love outdoor yoga! I hate getting up early, but will if there's a good reason.

Lisa, welcome to Bent Yoga! I have never been to Yoga Practice Center so I will have to go check it out - I love expanding my horizons. Looking forward to meeting you!

Hi Lisa, thanks for joining our group. If you're on Facebook, we have a group page with the same name that you can join, where there's often a bit more activity in between meet-ups. We sometimes do the occasional meet-up on Thursdays as well. I'll try to plan any non-Wednesday meet-up a couple of months ahead to give you an opportunity to pick up the book we'd be discussing. Cheers!

Hi Lisa, Good to see you tonight. You mentioned that you were thinking about coming for a weekly yoga class at Be In Awe. I think you would really like the Wednesday 6pm class. It is for 6 weeks and costs $90.
