We meet M & Ws from 6:30 - 7:30pm off Packard Rd. And Saturday mornings from 7:30-8:30am for bootcamp.
Exercises vary every Camp but include: cardio, circuit training, yoga, kickboxing, and more. Check back each meet-up for the FITNESS & NUTRITION FOCOUS. Our Free Camps are for all ages and skill levels! Our goals are to:
• Offer health & fitness education and the resources to build a healthy active lifestyle
• HAVE FUN
• Get a good sweat on while we recognize accomplishments and learn together!
