Meeting theme Earth Day. LOCATION CHANGE

  • Apr 17, 2014 · 7:30 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

We normally meet at the Annandale High School.  The school is conducting plumbing maintenance April 17, 2014, and they need to cancel all evening events.

Liz and Mark have generously offered to host our meeting at their house this week.  I look forward to seeing everybody there.

Typically 10-20 people show up for our meetings.  Guests are welcome to visit as many times as you would like.  There are no fees or preparations for guests.  You only need to show up, learn, and enjoy yourself.  If you are feeling up to it, you may participate in the improvisational table topics.  Once you become an official member you can participate in the prepared speeches.

The meeting will promptly begin at 7:30pm and end by 9:00pm.  Please arrive 15 minutes early to give yourself extra time to locate the address, park, and meet others before the meeting begins.

Annandale Toastmasters has been in existence since the 1960's. This is a neighborhood group with meeting times to fit people's work schedules. The group is diverse with members ranging from all walks of life, different ages, and speaking experience. The atmosphere is relaxed but still adheres to a typical toastmaster structure.
