Welcome! The Annapolis Young Women Food, Wine and Fun group is for us young ladies who are interested in meeting other fun, friendly 20 to 30-something year olds in the Annapolis area.

Whether or not you are new to the area, looking to expand your circle of friends, or are looking for a new experience I think this group is for you!

I created this group with the intention to give others like myself who are no longer in college, possibly a transplant, or just have a hard time making new friends the opportunity to try a new experience and create new bonds along the way. If you have a suggestion for a meetup or would like to host, please feel try to get in touch with me!

NO SHOWS: The Meetup website keeps track of "no shows."  You will be considered a “no show” if you cancel within one hour of the event (unless specified in the event).  I also understand that LIFE happens, that is why the my phone number is published on the event. Use it please!  No text or phone call, you’ll be considered a “no show.”

• First “no show” by a member will be noted.
• Second “no show" by a member and you will be moved to the Wait List on your next event if it is full.  You will not be guaranteed a spot on that event.
• Third “no show” by a member and you will unfortunately be removed from our group.

The No Show policy only applies to certain events (i.e., limited seating, reservation requirements, volunteer work) and it will be noted on those event to which it applies from now on.  :)

MY PHILOSOPHY REGARDING ATTENDANCE
I absolutely do not require you to attend a minimum number of events like other local groups. Obviously, I understand that you will not be interested in everything on our calendar and that you may have a busy life.  If you do not visit the Annapolis Young Women Group site for over three months, I will ask your permission to be removed from the group but hope that you will re-join once you are able to participate again.  Once more, attendance is NOT a requirement and I will NEVER kick you out of the group for not attending.
