Brian:
My husband and I are both over weight- sad but true. We are both motivated to exercise and lose weight- but have crazy schedules- For the holidays I was thinking that we could do a boot camp. We are both in our 50's- ( don is a borderline diabetic and we need to turn this train before it wrecks- his mom is a severe diabetic- shots 3 times a day)
Now we were working out a year ago on the eliptical for about 45 minutes 3/4 days a week but I think we got bored... and with our schedules it fades-
What would you recommend for us. We do live on Kent Island- one mile over the bridge.

Fitness By Brian is forming additional boot camps in Annapolis and Davidsonville in preparation of the holiday's.

Boot Camp is a great way to stay in shape with the holiday's around the corner.  A recent study proved that most people gain an average of seven (7) pounds between Thanksgiving and the New year.

Remember to eat more frequently and smaller portions through out the day starting first thing in the morning.  This will help boost your metabolism and keep those unwanted pounds off during this wonderful time of year.

Running from a healthy lifestyle is not exercise.
