What about having multiple caterers? This way it
eases the burden on one biz. Give the option of day or evening or both
based on your scheduling.
I will ask one of my client's
who operates an irish restaurant in Old Town Annapolis to do this.

Dear Annapolis Professional Group Member,
We have scheduled a lunch-time meeting Tuesday, October 20th at noon at
Criswell Collision Center. I was hoping we could get an Annapolis based
business that would be interested in providing some munchies (I could pick
them up if necessary) in exchange for having their name throughout the
meeting and having the 10-15 attendees sample their wares.
If you know of any business that might be interested in doing this, please
email me or give them my [address removed] email or phone number. If I don't get a
sponsor by Friday, we might be brown baggin' it. Thanks for your consideration.
We will be setting up evening meetings, too. You might have noticed that Evette
Lewis is our new Assistant Organizer and she is working hard to find us
comfortable and varied meeting space in the Annapolis area.
