How would you rate your level of Yoga experience (e.g. never tried it but curious, beginner, intermediate, advanced, instructor, etc.)
Had a few classes but not that experienced.
Do you have any Yoga style preferences (e.g. gentle, traditional, vinyasa, hot yoga, restorative, etc.)?
I would try any of them.

Just got your message about the Yoga Mats. Feel free to bring your own , but the studio provides everything as well (mats, blocks, blankets, etc.)

Hi Darlene - thanks for joining the group and RVSPing to the first Meetup. I went to the free Yoga class at Golden Heart last week and really enjoyed it. Since the class is being taught by a brand new instructor it should be a fun class, geared towards all levels. See you Saturday.
