Grano presents you with an array of unadulterated, traditional and authentic Italian recipes. These recipes are produced with the pride and dedication of the old masters using the finest ingredients available to us - at the lowest possible cost to you. The Grano family prides itself on using local produce thoughout Maryland's growing season. Whenever possible, we purchase from local farmers and food artisans as wll as products made in the USA, including sustainable fish. One of our most popular dishes, Impepata di Cozze, is made using Prince Island Edward mussels. While just over the border in neighboring Canada, these are the finest mussels available. Prince Edward Island blue mussels grow naturally in nutrient-rich waters and are self-sustained with no feed or additives.

At Grano, we are wholeheartedly committed to recycling and comply with all Baltimore City regulations. We recycle all of our paper, cardboard, glass and plastic.

Grano Emporio has a full wine and liquor list. Our wine list is ever evolving bringing our guests wines from the twenty wine producing regions of Italy, as well as the wines you have grown to love. We pride ourselves on keeping abreast of our ever changing selections of wine.
