Why: Two runs a week for 12 weeks, plus other services described.
If you want to run but aren't motivated to go at it alone, or if you have never run and want to start, this group is for you! We meet up in the beautiful Annex in downtown Toronto twice a week to run, socialize, and motivate each other to a higher level of fitness.
Annex You Can Run! sessions are 12 weeks long, enough time to generate significant improvements to one's cardiovascular fitness level. Each session includes:
-initial screening and assessment
-24 guided runs with coaching
-stretching program with anatomical diagrams for each participant
-two one-on-one lifestyle coaching sessions
-fitness plan for each member at end of 12 weeks
-email motivation as required
-subscription to our newsletter
Annex You Can Run! is coached by veteran personal fitness trainer Jennifer L. Salter, MSW. Jennifer has owned her personal training practice, Lifeline Personal Training, for fifteen years. Her focus is on helping people who have busy lives have a healthier lifestyle.
