This group has been created for those in the Wellington area who suffer from a range of anxiety disorders and depression. It is a group that encourages and supports those in a friendly, easygoing and non judgmental way. It is to share experiences, to offer advice and to comfort those who feel isolated and alone when times are difficult. It is also an opportunity to have some fun and to meet some new like minded people.

Depression, social anxiety disorder, shyness, phobias, avoidant personality disorder, GAD, obsessive compulsive disorder, body dysmorphic disorder and any other kind of anxiety disorder you can think of.. this group is here to help you.

It is open to all people regardless of age, background, gender or ethnicity. A respectful open attitude towards other members is expected.
