Hi Scott:
I have not attended your meeting because I live in the city. However, I have suffered from panic attacks. I no longer get them. I am a board certified hypnotist, certified N.L.P coach and practitioner as well as EFT practitioner. I wondered if you have guest speakers. I am also a survivor of child abuse, sexual assault and domestic violence. This was the reason for the panic attacks. I speak to organizations and groups such as yours to let them know about these treatment modalities and how it works to eliminate panic and anxiety disorders. And let's face it just the plain old stress of living our daily lives. I can be reached at[masked] if you would like to talk to me in person. You can also view my website at http://www.eftandnlp2.com.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Have a wonderful day.

Hi Group,

As the Anxiety Support Group enters its sixth year, it is a good time to ask ourselves where we would like to take this group in 2014.  I got the sense last year that the group was moving more towards being a fun/activity group.  I just wanted to check in and get everybody's opinion on what they want from the group.  We used to hold bi-monthly supportive meetings as well as fun events.  I think everybody's voice should be heard.  It's our group and we can mold it any way we like.  Some things to be thinking about are would we like to have supportive meetings and any other meetup ideas.  If you value this group I would encourage you to email me or post on the discussion board your thoughts on how we can best serve ourselves and others.

This group belongs to all of us.  We would gain from everyone's participation.  I would encourage anyone to put on a meetup anywhere at any time.  It's very simple- on the home page click on "suggest a new meetup" and post your idea.  We would all appreciate your contributions.

Thanks Scott
