Free Harvey's Comedy - Ex Clown Chas Elstner Gets CRAZY!

Please gather in the lounge/bar area starting at 6:00 pm when the doors open. It's very important that everyone check-in at the end of the bar by 6:30, turn in your tickets, and line up to go into the showroom around 6:40 pm. It's very important that we go in as a group - so please be patient.  **If you're running late or don't check in, you will probably find it difficult to sit with the group. Chas Elstner has been a stand-up comic for over 24 years and has written, performed and produced two comedy albums “Is This Stuff Too Real For You?” and “A Man’s Home Is Her Castle.” Chas’ extensive comedic background includes performing as a featured clown in the Ringling Bros., Barnum & Bailey Circus, studying at the renowned Second City in Chicago and being nominated as one of the college “Entertainers of the Year” after performing at over 200 colleges nationwide. He has also performed as an actor in off-broadway productions. Some of Chas’ most outstanding accomplishments have been his numerous television appearances which include MTV’s ½ Hour Comedy Hour, VH-1’s Standup Spotlight, Entertainment Tonight, Showtime Comedy Club Allstars IV, Fox Television, national television debut on ABC, four appearances on Evening @ the Improv, and The Best of Evening at the Improv, Volume 3 on DVD. Mr. Elstner has performed as the opening act for many recording artists. He was the opening act for Gloria Estefan & The Miami Sound Machine for two years, wherein he performed in 15,000 seat arenas. He also performed as the opening act for the Pointer Sisters on a mid-west tour and at a special performance at Caesar’s Palace, Las Vegas. Other performances include, Mr. Peabo Bryson, The Marshal Tucker Band, Phoebe Snowe, Sha Na Na, Brenda Lee and various others. With all of his live performance talents, Mr. Elstner has developed a humor to captivate audiences of all ages. He is a master of mouth sound effects and has an array of character voices which add to his energetic approach to comedy that leaves you with a lasting and entertaining impressionMark G., Wed. March 6th - Sun. March 10th  Mark G, is a quick witted, personable comedian capable of handling a wide variety of audiences. He is a friendly comic who is genuinely funny and at ease behind the microphone. Mark G has performed at all the major clubs nationwide. He is known for his relate-able comedy and audiences feel like they are spending time with a friend when he performs. Mark G’s comedic journey started in the wonderful city of San Francisco, California, where he began performing wherever there was a microphone. He wanted to add more versatility to his comedy, so he enrolled in the world famous improvisation institute in San Francisco, Bay Area Theatre Sports (BATS). Mark G gives a lot of credit to the school for helping him improve his ability to weave his material with improvisation and the audiences experience for a fresh out of the oven act! Mark G spends most of his time traveling around the United States and abroad performing. He currently lives just outside Sacramento, California and has performed as far away from home as Japan, Singapore, Korea, and Canada. Mark G’s talents do not stop at being a comedic genius, he has also been involved in professional print modeling and acting. Some of Mark G’s more famous print modeling clients were Eddie Bauer, Kodak Film, Apple Computers, Nike, and Bank of America. While attending Mendocino College, CA., he studied Theater Arts and starred in several performing art productions and then moved on to San Francisco State University to study film. Then one night his best friend took him to see a young comedian name Dave Chappelle and right then and there Mark G went in search of his comedic destiny. Since college Mark G has performed lead roles in the sitcom pilot “Courthouse Square” and the feature film “Golde.”
