'80s Video Dance Attack

Portland's best dance party is at McMenamin's Crystal Ballroom, where we always have a blast dancing to the great music videos of the '80s -- by Madonna, Michael Jackson, Cindy Lauper, Prince, and many other icons -- while watching them on three movie screens.

The ballroom doors open at 8:00, and there's a $6 charge to get in. There are a couple of bars for drink service, plus plenty of free water. Bonus points for dressing up old school, and bring as many friends as you like.

For drinks and food, we will meet in Ringler's Bar downstairs starting at 7:00 p.m. Look for my Meetup sign at one of the tables in the bar. At 7:45 I'll line up to grab a table in the ballroom. Latecomers, look for the Anyone Can Join sign somewhere in the ballroom.

Free street parking can be found a few blocks over in the Pearl (if you come early) as well as in the neighborhood to the west just across Hwy 405.

I work until 8pm so will be there around 8:30. I seem to be meetup sign challenged so if someone could look out for me or text me on my cell to let me know where you are, it would be much appreciated. Thank you [masked]

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
