Power Hike

Grab your shoes and join us every week to eliminate stress, meet new friends, and exercise. Explore local walking trailwalking at a fast pace (approx. 3.5 mph). Wear hiking gear (dress in layers) and light trekking or trail running shoes; bring water, energy bar. HYDRATE BEFORE AND DURING EVENT.     These items were passed on to me as a resource for walkers. (wristband or key holder for your shoe with ID/medical information) and for pepper gel in case we need to notify someone on your behalf or you come across an unfriendly dog on the trail.

    This is a great 7.5 mile hike takes 2 hours, mild inclines on trail. VERY pretty woodsy area and wide trail shell and gravel packed. A nice time to focus on the outdoors and distress. I highly recommend it!
