These items were passed on to me as a resource for walkers.

https://www.myroadid.com/ (wristband or key holder for your shoe with ID/medical information) and www.sabreRed.com for pepper gel in case we need to notify someone on your behalf or you come across an unfriendly dog on the trail.

This is a great 7.5 mile hike takes 2 hours, mild inclines on trail. VERY pretty woodsy area and wide trail shell and gravel packed. A nice time to focus on the outdoors and distress. I highly recommend it!
