Power Hike

Grab your shoes and join us every week to eliminate stress, meet new friends, and exercise. Explore local  trail walking at a fast pace (approx. 3.5 mph). Wear hiking gear (dress in layers) and light trekking or trail running shoes; bring water, energy bar. HYDRATE BEFORE AND DURING EVENT.
