Hey Jason, I'm working on the vocals for the Soft Parade and LA Woman albums in preparation for the next hike. Maybe not in tune, but at least the words will be right.

People, thank you so very much for joining Valley Forge Monthly Workout Hike. It started out very sunny and pleasant, however, mid-way through the hike it turned extremely humid – particularly for late August. As Jason stated, many of us were soaked! We did about 12 miles and 1800 feet of total up elevation. Our moving speed was higher than normal at 3.6/mph. We had 24 participants on the hike today. Naomi, thank you so very much for sweeping, you did a fantastic job. Pete, hope you are feeling better. I had never driven my car all the way to the base of Mt. Misery until this hike! We had nine people at Valley Forge Pizza– and it was confirmed, I eat too much and so does Colin! Enjoy the rest of rest of Labor Day Weekend. See you all on a future hike. - Bijal

Thanks again for leading another great hike. Pete was infused with Gatorade immediately after he got in the car, and made a full recovery demonstrated by a 2 hour hike in the Wissahickon Sunday morning.

Lovely hike, and it's always more enjoyable (and less painful!) with interesting conversation. "Live with us in forests of azure. Out here on the perimeter there are no stars. Out here we is stoned immaculate." Thank you John and Sean for a new favorite word. Thank you Bijal for leading (and you owe me a foot rub!)
