Family Hike- Mariton Wildlife Sancuary

Bring the entire family for a 2-3 mile hike exploring the sanctuary with Mike Manes. Learn about the blight that decimated the once vibrant American Chestnut Tree. See the new hybrid Chestnut Tree plantings and learn about the research that is being done to protect this tree from extinction. View the Delaware River from the scenic overlooks within the park and learn more about the natural world in which we live. Rain date 9/15.
