Magical Migrating Monarchs Family Event at Churchville Nature Center

Meet at Churchville Nature Center for a short hike through the Memorial Gardens before touring the new butterfly house and nature center. We will then view a short presentation to learn about the life cycle of the Monarch butterfly. Afterwards, we will tag and release the Monarch butterflies to learn more about their migration route. The cost for this program is $8 per person which helps to defray the expense of the butterflies, tagging and  release.

The program should last approx. one and a half hours. The pre-event hike will take about 45 minutes 1B1+/-

All children will receive a Monarch butterfly keepsake while supplies last. There is very limited space for this event. Please RSVP only if you are sure you can attend so the appropriate number of butterflies can be reserved.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
