  • Easy winter hike in historic Black River Park. Our trek will take us along the beautiful Black River; some portions on Patriot's Path and short spur of Hacklebarney Branch - CNJRR. The park office is not positive the entire trail is open; we will investigate and modify our route as needed.  Bring sturdy footwear, water, snacks, lunch, thermos, non-cotton layers, and traction devices. As a precaution, WEAR ORANGE. Friendly dogs on leash welcomed. Heavy rain/snow cancels. Meet at Cooper Grist Mill parking lot (Route 513/Old Route 24) at 10:00 AM. If you have a pressing appointment, please consider another activity; we plan to take our time and enjoy the outdoors. Optional post-hike refreshment stop at local pub.

I found out the hard way that humans don't fly. When they do they land hard. No hiking this weekend. :(

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
