Avid diver, NAUI Instructor #50361. Supporter of Urban Divers Estuary Conservancy, member of Volunteer Dive Team, NY Aquarium at Coney Island. Passion for marine conservation, active with Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, NYC.

Are you interested in being an active member of scuba diving club?

So far as time, money and not owning a vehicle allow. Can hump tanks and gear via MTA, but still need a lift to the dive sites. Reefs or wrecks, zero viz or ice dives, if it's wet - include me in. Particularly interested in getting city kids to be stakeholders in our marine environment.

How many dives do you make in a year?

25 at the NY Aquarium (confined water) and if I'm lucky, another 25 here and there throughout the year, including training dives at Dutch Springs. If I could grow gills, I'd stay underwater!

Hi Avra! Thanks for the notice re: Lilac. I arrived there a bit late so I must have missed you and anyone else from the group. But their samples were delicious and I enjoyed meeting the chocolatier and new owners.
