Today’s aqua aerobics is a complete, effective and fun workout! Water classes were once thought to be gentile and “easy”, more people now see that aqua exercise can be as intense as a land class! Since water offers support and bouyancy, it also lends itself to safe therapy and joint exercises.

The aquatic environment offers a low impact workout with a punch – the waters’ resistance as you move through the pool adds safely to both the cardio and strength components of the workout. Water exercise could possibly be the most perfect exercise!
