intense cardio water workout? Try our Aqua Fitness Classes at
Braemar Country Club - start your year off with a splash!
OUTDOOR POOL - AQUA FITNESS CLASSES This class is designed
to assist in improving the cardio-vascular system as well as
strengthening muscles and improving flexibility. A variety of drag
and buoyancy equipment will be used. The class consists of a
warm-up, cardio segment, strengthening/toning and ending with
relaxing stretch/stress release movements. You will leave feeling
invigorated and refreshed! WHERE:Braemar Country Club, 4001
Reseda Blvd. Tarzana, CA WHEN: SATURDAYS at 9:30am
FEE:$22 per class for non-Braemar
members(CREDIT CARD ONLY - no checks or
cash) The class starts at 9:30am, but please try to come a few
minutes early because we start on time! Free parking, free towel
service, dressing rooms with showers (no lockers), beautiful views,
great for those Aqua Fans who like a larger, lively outdoor water
class. Don't forget your cap and sunglasses; you may also want to
bring a rash guard or swim shirt. A few other things to
remember;water-proof sunscreen &nbsp;your swimsuit, water to drink,
