Introduction

I started taking water aerobics for joint pain, but found that I also lost weight and felt wonderful~! I got certified to teach water exercise last year by AEA and the Arthritis Foundation and have been teaching privately since.

Do you have any joint or muscular issues, such as Arthritis, Fibromyalgia,etc.?

I have AVN in both hips and shoulders

Have you ever take a water exercise class before? (if you have not, it is OK!!!)

Water Fitness class are great for any body - perfect for a beginner and challenging for seasoned fitness buff. We always have a few of each who return again and again. The class on Wednesday nights is a blend of both new and my regulars so come try it out.

Thank you Melanie - I have to figure out days and times and money, but am glad I found your site. I've been looking for an indoor pool because my ortho said it's the only exercise I can do. I have a neck fusion, back fusion and knee replacement so he only wants me in water. I think your pricing at the moment is high but don't know if you can work out a lower price for your group of classes? Let me know and I'll try and figure this all out. Thanks for your response! Sorry to say there will be no Star gazing going on at the theater on Oct. 29th. SCDVA will be unavailable for that date.
You might consider coming out to the event at the Whitewater Canyon Preserve
9160 Whitewater Canyon Road,
Saturday Nov. 5th With a star gaze event that evening.
