Introduction

I'm half Finnish and half English. I grew up in both countries and have been living in the US since 1997. I reside in NJ with my husband. Aidinkieleni on suomi joten minulle voi lahettaa sahkopostia myos suomeksi.

Why did you choose to join our group?

I am very active in the Finnish community and wanted to help create a way to bring all the various Finnish groups and people together. I think it's very important for us Finns to stick together:)

What is your connection to Finland?

I am half Finnish and half English, and grew up in both countries. I am fluent in both languages. I am very proud to be Finnish and love the fact the other people want to know more about our country.

How did you find out about the group?

I organized it!

NYCissa on nakojaan paljon suomalaisia ja suomea osaavia ainakin muuhun osaan USAa verrattuna.
Taalla Texasissa esim on paljon vahemman...
Huomasin etta olet aktiivinen noissa kummassakin suomi-ryhmassa NYCssa; koska en ole jasen (ja asun vahan liian kaukana liittyakseni) ajattelin kysaista kiinnostaisiko USAn suomalaisten foorumi (sinua tai muita ryhmalaisia)?
