Introduction

I am a professional singer here in the desert. I use to dance a little, but want to master the Tango. Do let me know if there are any Tango get togethers and lessons.

What Eve is saying about this Meetup Group

I wish they had something good out here in the desert area. The Tango and overall dance classes in Salsa etc. are not very good...If there was a Tango/Milonga class closer to me, I would take classes. I am a good natural dancer and even taught one year of Ballroom Dancing at Fred Astaire Studios back in 1984...so I am aware of what is good and what is not. Thank you..

We do offer Argentine Tango classes but unfortunately some distance away from you since it is in Riverside.

Eve, I don't dance in the desert as it is a sad situation here. A while there ware teachers from L.A. that only taught steps so that's all the people in the desert can do. Some folks come and live in the desert during the winter and while they are good dancers I do not respect their teaching . I can tell by dancing with their students and I have not danced with one good dancer in the desert. I offered to teach but nobody wanted me to so now I only dance in San Diego and Los Angeles.
