Welcome to the Arizona Dreams and OBEs Practice Group!

There is a free 8-week course in Dreams and Out-of-Body Experiences (OBEs) run by Gnosticweb that begins on the 11 October 2009.

The course explains what OBEs are, where they take place and how to have them, and explores the mysteries of dreaming.

I originally took this course in October 2006, and had my first OBE 6 weeks into the course! Since then I have gone on to have many OBEs, and have had some really amazing experiences in the astral plane.

This meet-up group is designed for people in the Phoenix Arizona area who would like to participate in the on-line course, and come together with other Gnosticweb students to form a practice group; to participate in group practices and to share their experiences.

The astral plane (where dreams and OBEs take place) is a truly amazing realm. With this course you will learn all about the astral and the possibilities that exploring this other world opens up to you, and how to gain your own direct experiences and delve much deeper into your dreams.

THROUGH THE ON-LINE COURSE YOU WILL LEARN:

* about concentration and being aware of the present moment

* various methods of projecting directly into the astral

* how to remember dreams and to interpret dream symbols

* techniques for 'waking up' in dreams

* how to travel in the astral plane and to personally investigate mystical places,

* how to overcome the common obstacles that impede successful OBEs

* how to protect yourself from negative influences/entities.

Then you will have the opportunity to come together with other like-minded individuals in this practice group, to explore the techniques learned and to discuss and share your experiences.

Both the on-line course and any Meetup practice group sessions are completely free of charge.

I am arranging this Meetup practice group as a student of, not a representative of Gnosticweb.

This meet-up is not a prerequisite for doing the on-line course, it just provides the opportunity for students enrolled in the course to come together to practice the techniques learned in the course in an informal setting and to share their experiences. You are welcome to take the on-line course independent of this group if you wish :)
