We will learn the 4 Falun Dafa standing exercises and a 30min sitting meditation

Falun Dafa is based on the essential nature of the universe Truthfulness Compassion Forbearance. It is a traditional self cultivation practice to improve flexibility, and increase your energy. The five gentle movements are practiced with music to relieve stress, open the energy channels and purify the body.

    I thought it was taught in a way that greatly assisted in a beginner recieving the sequence of motions. I liked how the instructors taught the exercises first and then played the guided audio to practice along with.
