Intermediate harness/shoes/helmet/rope/webbing/biners/etc. a string of rocks and hexes; a small assortment of friends, tri-cams
Pinnacle Peak (Cactus Flower, Y crack), The Hand, Monk, Prescott area for lead climbing class, Flagstaff (off Schultz road), Joshua Tree, Queen Creek clean ups climbs, GC clean ups climbs, McDowells (Sven Slab, etc.), Opium Den. Grand Canyon scrambling off route w/ & w/o pack during backpacking trips Ecuador - day hikes Chimborazo (to 16,00-17,000' of 20,---'), backpack Altares, summitted Cotopaxi in 2:4 attempts (19,334'). Future?: Alpine: summit Chimborazo? further international backpacking/peaks? Rock climbing: whereever there's an easy challenge [masked]) with fun people.
Took and have assisted with Basics and Anchors multiple times in the remote past. Took lead class twice in the remote remote past and have only led a[masked]? which means I need to take it again. Took Glacier Travel and Cravasse Rescue.
I either don't have enough skills or I don't have enough confidence in my skills. I lean heavily toward the first answer. I set up a new climb for my friends once. We named it "3 hour anchor". Then nobody could climb it.... I like following.
