Adding user access to certain plugins

Hello Everyone,
I was wondering if someone might be able to help me find a plugin that would allow me to give plugin acces to only certain users? I have an image slider that I am using from and I currently posted in their forums for a code to place in my functions.php file but haven't received a response. Does anyone know of such a plugin that would allow me to do this?

off the top of my head no but what you're looking for is some sort of 'role management' plugin. I think it'd be tricky to limit specific plugins but anything is possible.
