Why: It's still nice in the valley and it's close to Deer Valley where we will be hot air ballooning on Sat morning

Come on out for a weekend of Camping and Ballooning.

On Saturday morning we will be going Hot Air Ballooning at Deer Valley if you have signed up for that trip. We will also be Kayaking and fishing . Temps will be in the high 80s so it will be a great weekend. The water is so clear there that you can see the bottom as well as the fish. So grab some wood and come on out.

We will be in area #1 Fisherman Cove.

Take I 17 to exit 74 W Carefree Hwy then turn right on Carefree hwy. Make another right onto N castle Hot springs Rd follow the signs to the park

All roads within both campgrounds at Lake Pleasant are fully paved 2-lane roads. Restrooms are dotted amongst the campgrounds within walking distance of the campsites.

Here is an updated map of where we will be camped, Yes there looks to be restrooms near by.
