WHAT HAPPENS
AT A LAUGHTER CLUB SESSION?

Members gather at regular appointed times in a designated place, with a qualified leader, to take part in laughter exercise activities.

This program does not involve jokes or humor, just playful laughter exercises facilitated by a laughter leader. Participation in a laughter club encourages playfulness, laughter, social connection and a balance of mind, body, and spirit.
Benefits of Laughter:

* Strengthens the immune system and lowers blood pressure
* Enhances blood oxygen levels and boosts circulation (good cardio-vascular effects)
* Relieves stress, reduces pain, improves mental alertness, lifts spirits, and promotes playfulness and creativity.

“Hi Chuck, Thanks for your interest in my books. Most of them are about "integrative medicine" - combining alternative and conventional medicine, and are described here: http://www.roanneweisman.com/. Not on this website is my latest book, written with a Harvard Medical School gastro-enterologist, about digestion, which is here: http://www.health.harvard.edu/books/4...

“Hi Chuck. Middlesex Fells hiking group is very active, and their reviews are quite favorable. Unfortunately, my work schedule (nights and weekends) hasn't allowed me to do anything with them yet. Thanks for the info on the other hiking groups. I'll check them out. I can't help you with laughter certification, but I'm sure that the Arlington organizer, Lynn, can point you in the right direction. Good luck!”

There is an Over 40 meet up that does hiking as well, which is based more on the North Shore of Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. I think they are doing either Wachusetts or Monadnock this week, but please double check if your interested. Best wishes, And if you know more about how to be certified in Laugh Yoga, email me!”

“Ted, how much does it cost (if anything) to train with Lynn Caesar ? If someone wanted to practice a random act of kindness and volunteer to visit a Hospital to help sick kids with laughter yoga, how would one gain the credentials or certification to be able to do so ? Is it possible to attend an event like that, without getting in the way of the kids and their needs ? PS - your red and white costume is perfect for the Hollidays and makes me laugh! Best wishes.”
