Developers needed for bootstrapped and profitable renewable energy startup

Hey everyone,

My company, Sol Systems, a bootstrapped and highly profitable company that has already had a significant impact in renewable energy finance, is looking for a few great developers to join our team. The ideal candidate would be a software development generalist who is comfortable working to develop both back-end infrastructure using a variety of languages and tools (we're primarily a Rails 3, Postgres shop) and front-end code using Javascript and HTML5. Candidates would work with our in-house team to maintain and extend our renewable energy investment platform, SolMarket (www.solmarket.com), maintain and extend our in-house business process management application, and help develop new applications and infrastructure to support our continued growth. In addition to competitive compensation, health and dental benefits, a 401k, a company-wide profit sharing plan, and frequent company adventures (kickball, ropes courses, river tubing, and volunteering), the chosen developer will learn the ins and outs of solar finance, renewable energy project development and investment, and financial market modeling.

If you'd like to learn more about Sol Systems and SolMarket, check out our websites:
