We're a group for people who want to meditate together, and/or learn about the Aro approach to Buddhist practice. We welcome beginners and experienced meditators.
In the style of meditation we teach and practise, you learn to let go of thoughts in order to stay present moment by moment. "Remaining uninvolved" with your thought process helps you relate to your everyday experience differently. After regular practice you might find more choice in your responses to life circumstances, rather than churning out the same habitual patterns.

As well as our meditation groups, we organise occasional sKu-mNye (Tibetan Yoga), Martial Arts and Buddhist teaching events.
