Make Your Own Party Mask ~ Round II

Making your own masquerade mask is a fun and inexpensive alternative to buying one.
You might do a google search for images of masquerade masks, find something you like, print out the image, and we'll see if we can do something similar with the supplies we have. I’m quite crafty (art degree in college), so I can help with ideas if needed.

The space we’ll be working in is small, so the event is limited to only a handful of people. To give more people an opportunity to join, the event is listed for two different times. You would only need to come to one of the mask-making events.

Cost
$15 Cash per mask to cover supplies
I will order plain masks (paper mache), and have feathers, ribbons, glitter glue, paints, gems, ect. to decorate the masks. There will be supplies for both feminine and masculine mask styles.

You need to bring
Drink or appetizer to share

Parking lots are private parking, so park on the street.

Jennifer Z is amazing. Unfortunately I was the only one to avail myself of the opportunity - Jen had bought all this amazing material for me to choose from. She also offered me help and support along the way, lots of ideas, but also knew when to just chill and let me make the decisions I wanted to make (poor Jen).

Jen goes all out on these things (well, pretty much everything). She dives in and tries to make things work. I'm looking forward to an amazing Carnivale in 3 weeks.

I found some nice accutraments for the event today - looking forward to it. We had a reasonable little turn out on Saturday for masks. Thanks again Jennifer ;)

Round 1 was really good! Easy to do this - if you're looking at the party, come out and get your mask on. they turn out great

You will only come to one of the two mask-making events. Not both. I've posted two events so there would be an opportunity for more people to come since it's a small apartment.
