Christmas Cookie Exchange

  • Dec 15, 2013 · 2:00 PM
  • Tracy's House Near

Tracy and Jeff have invited us all to a cookie exchange in their North Arlington home to kick off the holiday week. Definitely a way of getting a wide variety of tasty treats and we guarantee you will not go home hungry!

HOW IT WORKS: Bring a batch of homemade cookies/candy with at least 6 dozen (should be about a double batch) to share along with an empty platter or container. We will lay all the brought cookies on a table and then fill our containers with a sampling of each batch. Also bring enough copies of your recipe to share. You can go home with a delicious mixture of all kinds of goodies to share with friends or family.

We will play some holiday music, enjoy some good conversation, drink what we wanna and get in the holiday spirit for the last week. Feel free to invite your friends, everyone is welcome...we're all for just having a good time.

Where will Jeff be? Most likely he’ll be watching a football game in the back room and sneaking out here and there to steal a treat.

RSVP INFO: Please include the type of cookie you are bringing in your RSVP so that we don't end up with everyone bringing the same thing such as chocolate chip cookies. And if you want to bring some spirits to share, well, that's appreciated too.

THE ABOVE ADDRESS IS APPROXIMATE FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. Since this is a private residence, the exact location will be emailed to all YES RSVP's approx. 24 hours prior to the event

I will figure out what type of cookies I will make in the next day or so, Im looking forward to it! :) is it ok to show up a bit late...at 230? or will the exchanging start right away?

    December 11, 2013

    • Tracy H

We usually visit for the first 30 minutes while everyone is arriving. Even so, it helps for everyone not to plan on being late as it helps to have the cookies all here and set up before we start the actual exchange. It will work if you are a bit late but not so much if everyone is a bit late.
