The Fine Art and Craft Fair
Friday, November 22: Members Preview 6 - 8:30 pm
Saturday, November 23: 9 - 4 pm
Sunday, November 24: 10 am - 3:30 pm
Every year, for 42 years, on the weekend before Thanksgiving, The Art Center holds its annual Holiday Art and Craft Fair. This year’s fair will be held November 22 – 24 and once again this year the fair promises to be spectacular.
The joy of the holiday handmade hunt is what The Holiday Fine Art and Craft Fair is all about. There are gifts for all ages, male or female and all budgets. Nothing stays in a home longer than a handmade clay bowl, a handcrafted wooden wine stopper or a hand painted silk throw. They are unique and will be handed down for generations. This event is the second largest fundraiser for The Art Center and is great for artists, gift-givers and receivers alike. Everybody wins big for the holidays.
The Art Center Guild will once again be selling delicious homemade pies and other baked goods, as well as hand sewn purses and other accessories. These generous volunteers will also be selling scrumptious food and beverages from The Art Center kitchen such as chili, sandwiches, salad and the famous Kingman chicken casserole. The Guild participates and sponsors the event along with The Bank of Colorado, Callahan-Edfast Mortuary, and FCI Constructors.
The Guild will also be hosting the “Not So Starving Artists” sale where you can purchase wonderful artwork at amazing prices. All sales from the “Not So Starving Artists” benefit The Guild, which in turn supports The Art Center!
Art Center members are invited to join us for the Members’ Preview on Friday, November 22, from 6 pm to 8:30 pm. The Fair is open to the public on Saturday, November 23, from 9 am to 4 pm and Sunday, November 24, from 10 am to 3:30 pm.
Come early for the best selection and remember all of your purchases will help support The Art Center and its fine exhibition and educational programming throughout the year.
