Help in Creating An Organic Garden using "Lasagna Gardening"

For years, I have wanted to transform my fairly large yard (prime gardening real estate) into an organic garden. My area has the perfect conditions for a good garden, but alas the yard has sat there virtually unused for too long.

I really hope I can find some people who can help me transform it into fertile soil without the use of chemicals. The concept of lasagna gardening, or sheet mulching, has been explained to me. Although I am a beginner, I understand the basics of how it is done. However, it's difficult to get motivated to do all this work, especially because I'd be working on this project solo. I would really love some help in making my dream organic garden a reality. I know it is an enormous task to undertake, but is there anyone who would be willing to help me make this happen in exchange for your own garden plot in my yard?

I would also appreciate any advice anyone can give me regarding this method of gardening. Thanks in advance.
