The details are in for the cheese pairing class at Scardello. The knowledgeable cheese mongers have arranged a special class that combines some exciting tasting experiences...

The class will offer 8 - 10 cheeses each paired with a wine, beer or cider. There will be 2 unique wines a specialty beer and a cider matched with the different cheeses. Also 6 - 8 of the cheeses will be accompanied by charcuterie and 2 will be paired with something sweet (including at least one chocolate).

These classes are small and intimate providing a great opportunity to try new flavor combinations, ask questions of the very helpful staff and mingle with others who share a passion for tantalizing food experiences. Please remember that seating is very limited and this class is being offered in tandem with another meetup group. If you are interested in attending please secure your spot as soon as possible.

I look forward to seeing some familiar faces and meeting new people.

Please note the final day to RSVP has been changed to Monday at midnight so that we can provide Scardello's with a final count for them to prepare for the event.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
