"I Am Woman" followed by "We Sing the Body Eclectic" -Pittsburgh Fringe Festival

Two multi-disciplinary dance performances through The Pittsburgh Fringe Festival. Admission is $12 for each show. Below is a brief description of each piece.

For more information on these shows and the entire festival during May 3-11, please visit:

"I Am Woman"

Murphy/Smith Dance Collective

A contemporary dance work built to explore and mirror the evolution of the female image through time.

"We Sing the Body Eclectic"

E.L.C.O and Shana Simmons Dance

This piece examines the question of what it means to be human in an increasingly technologized society.

Both shows will take place in the dance studio at Winchester Thurston School on Moorewood Ave.

This is an unofficial meet-up that I am posting to see if there is interest. If a small handful of people are interested then it will be posted as official and more details to find each other will be posted.

I hope if you two ended up attending that you had a great time. I did not have enough rsvp's to make it an organized meet-up. Maybe next time!
