Please join the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust as it rolls out the red carpet in celebration of Broadway’s biggest night. From 7-11pm, party guests can channel their inner celebrity as they pose for “paparazzi” and mingle over delectable fare and fabulous cocktails.
Throughout the evening party guests will also cast their vote for the night’s Tony® Award winners and test their knowledge of all things Broadway to win great prizes. Your ticket purchase supports the arts in Pittsburgh.
Dinner fare and two drink tickets are included with each ticket for only $35. But if you're already a Trust member, you can order $25 discount tickets (see below).
And just wait until you see the gourmet menu being provided by Opening Night Catering who is going all out for this event in partnership with the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust.
Guests will be getting a taste of the 'red carpet' treatment with gourmet appetizers/entrees and grilled sides -- as well as have some fun with a really unique mashed potato bar -- along with an array of desserts to pick from, so no one will be leaving hungry after this Tony Award Party. If you've never experienced Opening Night Catering, this is your chance.
There will also be a special surprise! This is one evening you don't want to miss.
Dress to impress! But please feel free to at least wear some comfortable shoes if you'd like to check out a bit of the nearby Three Rivers Arts Festival before the Tony Award party.
For questions, please email Jenn at [masked] or call[masked]-3518. If you are (or have been a Trust member in the past), Jenn will be happy to check and provide the discount code for current Trust members or for those that wish to join.
Ticket sales will close at 5 PM on June 6 for this party as the final headcount needs to be passed along to the caterer. You can buy tickets online at http://trustarts.culturaldistrict.org/production/41317/celebrating-broadway or call[masked], or visit the Theater Square Box Office.
About 9 people from the Meetup already have tickets.
However, it is certainly fine if you would rather pick out your own tables (for example, if you'd like to attend with family/friends).
When you RSVP, please indicate if you'd like to arrive early and try to get a Meetup group together to check out a bit of the Three Rivers Arts Festival before the Tony Award Party. For example, the group could meet at Katz Plaza (corner of Penn & 7th) around 4:30-5 PM and then take a couple hours to see the festival along with a little walking tour of the Cultural District, including some interesting gallery exhibits.
