We combine breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation, and knowledge. By incorporating all these beautiful facets we are able to look deep beyond the level of the physical body and really sharpen our sensitivity and awareness of subtler levels of existence. Practice of the same cultivates a more healthy and happy lifestyle. Beyond mere inhalation and exhalation to stay alive, proper breathing has been proven to relieve physical discomfort, to de-stress, to relax the body and calm the mind. Alternative health care practitioners will even go so far as to say that the breath can actually eliminate diseases and toxins, not only acting as a preventive but also as a cure. Then of course there are legions of meditators that acknowledge the breath as the key to ,spiritual awakening, the incontrovertible link between the body and the mind. “Observe your breath see how different it is when you are happy or sad.” Manage your breath, and you manage your life. In this session, participants would be guided by a trained instructor through a series of precise breathing exercises, Meditation and more. Also in the mix are group conversations on living life to the fullest, yoga and self-exploration.
