Artemis Volunteers:
A community service organization for lesbians, bisexual women, and their supporters. Bring your friends, family or co-workers. It's a fun way to meet new people while giving something back!

We make volunteering easy with no long term commitment; sign-up for only those projects that interest you and fit your schedule. Most projects have been in the San Francisco Bay Area. But, we are happy to help leaders organize a project anywhere.

Artemis's Goal: To encourage community service and promote a visible lesbian presence, by sponsoring one-day (or shorter) service projects to assist humanitarian and environmental, not-for-profit organizations in our communities. Click on "About Us" to find out more about our organization.

Artemis is looking for Project Leaders to set-up and drive even more community projects! If you are interested, please contact one of the organizers or suggest a project.
