Join us for a 40 minute cardiovascular work-out that includes dances such as salsa, cha cha, bachata, merengue, samba, and swing. All of the steps are danced solo, so you don't even need a partner! Classes are held at the Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Palm Harbor. This studio has over 2,000 square feet of floating dance floor and over 70 feet of mirrored walls.
