York Art Association is staging an Artist Trading Card Swap Meet on Sunday, July 13, 1 - 4pm (No fee). Bring your ATC's to share and trade, and make some on site in our classroom. Never done it before? Bring a friend or kid to one of our low fee workshops: Friday June 13, 6:30 - 9:30pm, or Saturday June 21, 12 - 4pm. We will provide oodles of papers, tools, glue, card, stock ephemera, paints, pencils with demos and lots of friendly interaction. Bring your own paper crafting stuff (Stamps, scissors, charms… ) Show the rest of us what cool stuff you make!! Enjoy YAA"s Student Exhibition at the same time. More info at yorkartassociation .org. Phone registration at YAA (9am - 3pm, M-F), call 717-755-0028. Or call me, Kate, at 814-221-6479.

ATC's are made and swapped worldwide. Let's join forces to bring the trend to the York area. WIth enough interest we can start a series of meet ups at different venue: Imagine making ATC's for your circle of friends: bring new people into your business by hosting a swap meet; have a group make and swap cards at your next reunion: keep a group of kids busy for hours making cards: arrange a make-it-take it at your library, church, social center, hometown festival or business picnic. Visit swap meets in neighboring counties (Gettysburg Festival - June 14).

This is something fun for people of all ages, abilities and interests. Help me build the community by coming to York Art Association, Sunday July 13 -our classroom opens for making cards at noon- swapping runs 1 - 4.
