Arts New Mexico Message Board › Too Much Chatter in your Email?

Dear Arts New Mexico members... are you Getting TOO MUCH conversation in your email???? If you are not interested in organizing for the show, or getting mailing list chatter - YOU CAN FIX THAT!
Here’s how: When you first log on to Meetup, You can also go to your personal Meetup “account” settings, (drop down, right side top) and then, on the left side, click on: “membership & communication”
Under the first page that comes up, front and center, you will see: “Your Groups”
-Look for Arts New Mexico
- click through on the right side where it says “edit communication settings”
- Here you can make a number of adjustment, (including checking the line that says: Don't send me mailing list messages) If you do this you will still get EVENT postings, but you won’t get message board chatter.
Lower down on that page you can, adjust the communications you are wishing to receive from ALL groups. If your aversion to excess chatter in your Email is severe you can look for “Message board subscriptions” and click on “unsubscribe” to remove yourself from messages from ALL groups.
Lastly, I AM NO TECHIE – so I believe that this will get you son relief, but I cannot troubleshoot individual questions or issues. for that, you will need to see the Meetup FAQ’s or send an email to Meetup HQ.
