Holiday Party and Book Exchange at Beth's House

For December, we will be doing something a little different. There is no book to read for the month, but we will be having a get together at Beth's House.

Beth will be providing beverages. All attendees are asked to bring a refreshment to share (dessert or snack) and a wrapped book of your choice. We will be having a gift swapping game and just enjoying visiting with other members.

Since this meetup is being held at a private home only those who have attended previous meetings will be allowed. So, if I don't know you, you will be manually removed from the RSVP list.

For those that are coming, I will send you directions to Beth's house in a private email.

The wine has arrived for those who ordered it. I will bring it to the January 17 meeting, but if you want yours before Christmas, and we'll figure out a way to deliver it.

Please give me your thoughts. I have a friend who does wine tastings. In addition to other beverages, we would taste six wines. They would be available for purchase, but there would be NO pressure. I didn't want you all to think I lured you to my house to sell you something, but I thought it might be a nice Christmas gift for wine-loving friends. Give me some feedback ASAP, so he can order wines if we decide to do it.

Kris: Chicken broccoli casserole
Melissa: veggie tray
Patti: Chocolate sheet cake
Christina: Cream cheese pinwheels
Marguerite: Lasagna
I (Beth) will get plates, cups, drinks, napkins.
