Technical meeting: Hobby language show-and-tell

At our last technical meeting, Toby presented a simple programming language (Bumpkin), and covered how it was implemented using a parser generator. He ended with a challenge: go forth and write your own language, write your own parser for Bumpkin, or extend Bumpkin to do something actually useful.
