This is always a great show. It's held in a separate club in the bottom floor of The Orange Peel, and the format is intimate and fun. The producers -- Michelle Scheve and Kelly Rowland -- feature great comics from all over the place and raise money for local charities. Hope to see you there!

Thanks 4 responding David. Sorry didn't get comics names, guy said they called him dirty Joe, went into a sexual abuse scenario then did rap song to go along w his story.
If his intent was to shed light on this abuse and violence in rap songs, he needs another format, not a comedy club. His childhood story was also not funny as if he was doing psycho drama (therapy and trying to laugh at his past life condition. If he wants to be entertaining & funny, then he is way off track. Shock factor kept me in the room. Would like to hear others reactions. This is mine.
Yes, he can capture attention w his stage presence ie; personable open relaxed confident &non self conscious. All the energy and time spent on the gross negative story and poetry/rap could have been put to much better use in sharing some fun humorous observations/experiences. Already too much violence/cruelty promotion in our world.
Comedy can shed light but sickness of spirit (sexual abuse) needs a spiritual approach

Wow! mucho talent out there. grateful 4 chance to see it & get some badly needed laughs & impetus to create more humor, greatly needed now. Great so many responding to this need & braving bombing. Could see work gone into routines. Getting/giving laughs great high
MC was super, natural, funny, connecting persona, like to see her routine.
Personally, I'll go on record & say at this moment in my creative/spiritual life, find humor in absurdity, grossness, nah there's too much already
White abuse rapper, instead of pointing out abusive mentality, only gave more energy to that. Cruelty not fun. He's a break dancer & works with kids would like to see him work in some silly kid moments and his dancing. Going in that direction would bring great joy and lift everybody up.
Want to see branching out into ridiculous & silly
Enjoyed hysterically funny orgasmic flr gyrations & Christ. waiting skit
    Art loved ur Beatles rewrites
btw have one : "All ya need is Love (& money)
